Harm at risk of being normalised in maternity care, warns regulator

A shocking new report is warning that serious harm in NHS maternity care will be normalised if action isn't taken.
Of 131 maternity units inspected, the Care Quality Commission says 18 percent were rated inadequate for safety and 47 percent required improvement.
