VIDEO: Russian woman who snuck onto Paris flight from JFK detained
The Russian woman who snuck onto a Paris-bound Delta Airlines flight out of New York’s JFK International Airport last week will be flown back to the Big Apple Wednesday with a French escort — as the first images of the crafty stowaway emerged.
She’s expected to be handcuffed when she touches down.
She is seen sporting a pink knit hat and a mask aboard the plane in the first images made public, which were obtained by ABC-TV Eyewitness News.
The woman, identified by sources as 57-year-old Svetlana Dali, allegedly breached several layers of security at the Queens airport on Nov. 26 to get onto Delta Flight 264 bound for Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris — but was nabbed before landing by a flight attendant as she hid in the bathroom.
Dali has been held by French authorities after arriving in the City of Light without proper documentation.
An attempt to fly her back on Saturday failed when officials said she went off the rails with a disruptive outburst aboard the plane and was kicked off the flight.
