"When I was 17 years old, I had one dream and, now that I am 18 years old, my dreams have changed," Sara Bsaiso told ABC News.
Sara suffered third-degree burns when an Israeli missile struck her home in Northern Gaza, according to her family. Two of her brothers were killed in the same strike. She was medically evacuated to the U.S. and has undergone more than a dozen surgeries.
