They Found Giants In the Grand Canyon, Then This Happened
In 1908, President Teddy Roosevelt aimed to protect the Grand Canyon from timber and mining activities. However, it took another 11 years for Congress to officially designate the Grand Canyon as a national park. Sensing a final chance for adventure, explorer G.E. Kincaid decided to navigate the Colorado River through the canyon.
