Building off grid, especially at a small scale, functionality is paramount and comfort is secondary. When you can achieve both equally, things have gone better than planned. hahaha. I am happy to say, that the "outhouse" is working, feeling and smelling better than I could have imagined.
Following the completion of the house, the Rig is high on the priority list. I have had an ongoing list of projects that need completion on the Expedition Truck, and luckily none of them are overly large. The big issue in question of course is the large crack in the fiberglass. I am hoping this will be a small hill to climb, and I am fortunate to know some fiberglass people, but this issue has been weighing on me heavily for the better part of a year.
Never the less, the house will be finished soon, the Rig will be fixed, and next summer should be a full season of exciting adventures as I embark on the longest expedition to date.
