Hi, I’m Shivansh Kapoor. I hail from Ferozepur, Punjab. After completing my B.Tech from SRM University, I began my career in manual testing at Coforge in September 2018. My father is a retired PNB manager who now works as a bank auditor, my mother is a retired lecturer, and my elder brother works at PwC. I realized that to progress in my career, I needed to learn more, and that’s when I started my journey into automation testing.
While working in manual testing and then automation, I felt the need to stay ahead of the curve. The industry was evolving rapidly, and I wanted to learn more to remain competitive. That’s when I found cybersecurity, a field I found both fascinating and intimidating. Despite my lack of formal training, I decided to upskill and took a Simplilearn course to fill the knowledge gaps in my career.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new technologies, learning about cybersecurity advancements, and experimenting with automation. I also like playing cricket to stay active and engaged outside of my professional life. Upskilling and growing personally and professionally is my continuous passion.
