A group of nurses in Darlington have partially won their case at an employment tribunal - which ruled that they did suffer harrassment after complaining about a trans colleague using single sex changing rooms at work.
The tribunal said the NHS Trust had not taken their concerns seriously - which had the effect of "violating their dignity."
But the panel dismissed claims that the women had been “victimised”.
