A paedophile who got a job in a nursery in north London has today admitted 26 offences, including sexual assaults on children in his care.

Vincent Chan was warned that he will face a lengthy prison sentence for his crimes.
But the families of the children who attended the now-closed branch of the Bright Horizons nursery group want to know why safeguarding systems failed to stop him sooner.
The nursery group said it had commissioned an “external expert in this field” to undertake a full review of its safeguarding practices.
