Is the 2023 Hyundai Tucson XRT a better SUV to buy than a Toyota RAV4 TRD?

The Tucson lineup is expanding and Hyundai wanted to bring something off-road. The Tucson XRT has a unique lower grill, fixed running boards, and blacked out wheels. On the inside you will be greeted to a cloth interior, 10.25 in digital gauge cluster and 8in infotainment screen. Under the hood is a 2.5L inline-4 mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Is the 2023 Hyundai Tucson XRT a better SUV to buy than a Toyota RAV4 TRD?
