Cricket journalist Gideon Haigh says Indian player Virat Kohli was 'treated with kid gloves' after shouldering Australian debutant Sam Konstas at the Boxing Day Test.
Kohli was fined 20 per cent of his match fee for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct and given one demerit point.
