You can training boxing at home with multiple styles.
Boxing HIIT - continuous combos at a hard effort for a timed interval. Intervals can range from 30 seconds to 1 minute hard sets and 15 to 30 seconds active recovery.
Boxing technique drills - focusing on a particular boxing fundamental and working to optimize it.
Great to develop and improve a technical deficiency when shadow boxing or working the heavy bag.
Power boxing drills - Learning to generate more force into the bag with body and punch mechanics in each round. The is done with all combos, finishing with a power punch or throwing a variety od combo with different intentions like speed, power and distance control.
Flow state boxing workout- finding your groove and throwing smooth, flow style combos in each round.
Great for getting a feel for putting together combos, footwork, defence and breathing while thinking of a fight simulation. This can be done when shadow boxing or working the heavy bag.
