✎ Most beginners on social media fail because they try to blend in and play it safe. If you look like everyone else, no one will remember you. Think about James Dyson who worked in a tiny workshop and failed 5,126 times before his vacuum finally worked. He won because he was willing to look foolish and keep going when others stopped. My own journey was no different at the start. It took 350 videos before I stopped feeling embarrassed by my content and six years just to get 9,000 subscribers.
✎ To stand out as a leader like Jackie Wood asked, you must share your real story and be authentic. People find you more likable when you show your flaws instead of trying to appear perfect. You also need to stay consistent because most creators quit before they ever break through. Leadership is about serving your audience no matter how small it is today. If fifty people watch your video, treat them like a packed room. When you focus on helping others win, your own impact will grow.
✎ Many entrepreneurs play small because they are afraid of failing, but this limits their income and their reach. You should aim for premium clients first to help pay for your bigger mission. Elon Musk did this with Tesla by selling a high-priced sports car before making a car for everyone. You can use an interview show to meet big leaders and show your expertise on camera. Stop waiting for perfection and start being a lighthouse for people who need your help. Your mission is too important to stay hidden.
