The BEST Ways To Get Rid of BLOATING Stomach (Fast)
Today we explore the best ways on how to get rid of bloating stomach fast and causes.
A bloated stomach can be a result of eating too much food, too much fermentation in the gut, parasites, problems with digestion etc.. Today I wanted to highlight some of the quickest and easiest ways to relieve bloating fast using some simple exercises and home remedies, such as the IC valve massage, hot water etc..
For more long term stomach bloating, you may require additional support such as keeping a food journal to identify triggers foods, and slowly eliminating them from your diet.
You may also correct your digestion by using digestive enzymes, bile supplements or apple cider vinegar to support the elimination system in digesting, clearing out waste, gas and microbe overgrowth.
It’s also important to fully hydrate the body, so that the liver can make enough bile which helps lubricate the intestines.
