Full stack vs backend backend | What's the difference? #short #simplilearn
In this video, I’m going to help you figure out the difference between Full Stack and Backend Developers.
A Full Stack Developer is pretty much a jack-of-all-trades. They work on both the front end—everything the user sees and interacts with and the backend, which includes things like servers, APIs, and databases. They need to know how all the pieces fit together and are often found in smaller teams or startups where they wear many hats.
Now, a Backend Developer is more of a specialist. They focus on the server side things like data handling, authentication, and making sure the app runs smoothly and securely. They’re the ones who make sure the app can handle tons of users without crashing.
So, if you love building features from start to finish and enjoy jumping between different tasks, Full Stack might be your vibe. But if you’re more into solving tricky logic problems and working behind the scenes to keep things running, Backend is probably the way to go.
Both roles are in high demand, and the best choice really comes down to your style and the kind of challenges you want to tackle. Follow Simplilearn for more career insights and tips!
