Killzone x Helldivers 2 Wave 1 Items Are Free After Fan Blacklash - IGN Daily Fix

Fans were pretty excited this week when Helldivers 2 announced a crossover event with dormant Sony IP Killzone. Unfortunately the good vibes didn't last when players saw how much the Killzone items would cost in in-game currency. But developer Arrowhead has heard the feedback, and will be giving the first batch of Killzone items away for free. In other Sony news, the company is now officially the largest shareholder in FromSoftware parent company Kadokawa. No takeover is expected, but Sony does now own 10% of company shares. And finally, Sonic 3 isn't even out in theaters, but we now know Paramount and Sega are teaming up for a fourth film, scheduled for 2027.
