NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte suggested that calling President Trump "daddy" was a mistake made because he's not a native English speaker.
Rutte called Trump "daddy" last year after Israel struck Iran at a time when he was trying to wind down the 12 Day War. The NATO leader also sidestepped a question about whether Trump will yank the US out of the alliance.
