Luigi Mangione's Lawyers Ask Judge to Toss Two Federal Charges

Accused CEO shooter Luigi Mangione appeared in a New York City courtroom on Friday for a pre-trial hearing in his federal murder case. Mangione’s lawyers asked the judge to toss two federal charges related to the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in December 2024.
