*One of a Kind* Tiny House with Super Clever Layout & Cozy Interior Design – FULL TOUR
This beautiful 300 square foot tiny house is the perfect combination of three things: a super clever layout, lovingly hand-crafted details, and an uber cozy interior design. Some of the highlights include handmade wooden windows that add character and bring in loads of natural light, a downstairs bedroom that you can stand up in, a spacious wrap around kitchen for cooking and baking, loads of useful storage spaces throughout the house, and unique features like a round window, hand plastered walls with reclaimed wood touches, and more!

Starting off on the left side of the home, the floor plan has a u-shaped kitchen that provides lots of counter space for cooking and baking, and includes hand-built cabinets and drawers, hand made wooden windows, an off-grid propane stove, and a retro Unique fridge, as well as a countertop made from reclaimed oak banisters.
Next up, in the middle of the tiny home is a cozy living room space with a Morso wood stove, a compact vintage sofa and chair, a built-in bookcase, a true double hung window (made by hand as well!), a stunning 9-pane window with handmade wooden frame, and clerestory windows along the roofline to bring in natural light from above.
From the living room you go down a couple of stairs into a downstairs bedroom that has plenty of head room to stand up, and includes a Queen-size bed, multiple windows, a spacious closet, and a cozy home office nook. The extra head space was gained by removing some of the floor joists that came pre-installed on the trailer, and counter sinking floor joists onto the bottom of the trailer to create a 17" dip in the floor.
Going up a few stairs brings you to the guest room or kids room above the main bedroom, and this little space has it's own single bed and closet, along with extra storage space under the bed.
And finally, at the end of the hallway is an intricately tiled bathroom with a sink and vanity, space for a composting toilet, a shower with built-in extraction fan, and a propane instant hot water heater. Not to mention some small storage cubbies and of course more lovely hand-built windows.
The tiny house on wheels is built on a 26-foot long, 2-axle trailer and has a space near the hitch for propane tanks, and to connect the water hose and drain. The home includes a bump out that brings the total length to 30 feet long and 8.5 feet wide.
It is wired for 50 amps, and also has a separate 20 amp breaker that would allow you to provide electricity to an outbuilding like a shed or a shop. It is insulated with rockwool and has electric baseboards in each room for better temperature control, and to keep the house above freezing when it isn't occupied.
The exterior of the house has a band of cedar shingles around the bottom, and the top half of the house and the roof are clad in metal to keep out the rain (the house is on the West Coast of Canada after all!).
