“I was always the captain of any team sport, not because I was the best player, but because I listened to people,” said Andrea Rossi, CEO of global investment manager M&G.
Rossi has been a CEO for nearly two decades, but he said sports gave him his first experience leading a team.
“If you can create a strong team, then you can do anything,” he said.
