Cassie (Dakota Johnson) is working to rescue a man who has suffered an accident with his car on a bridge, when, while managing to remove the man, she becomes trapped in the car and falls next to it into the river. During the minutes she is submerged, she sees strange figures surrounding her, which make her think she has died. When she is rescued by her partner Ben (Adam Scott), she realizes that she does not feel like before, and is confused when she notices that she seems to be able to predict what will happen in the future.
