Mike Used to do the Body Weight Circuit every day which composes of 500 bench Dips, 500 push ups, 500 Shrugs, 1000 Sit ups, 1000 Air Squats. For him to be able to complete this routine, he will break this down to 5 to 10 sets throughout the day.
