57-year-old man was arrested after a vehicle struck multiple people during a Lao New Year parade in Iberia Parish, Louisiana, on April 4. The crash injured around 15 people, several seriously, with some airlifted to hospitals. Authorities said the drive was charged with impaired driving, multiple counts of negligent injuring, and careless operation, having tested above the legal blood alcohol limit.
