Highly automated drone delivery has moved out of the realm of science fiction and is already taking place in deployment all around the world. Wing is a company that uses small aircraft to do last mile delivery of small packages–like a lunch order or urgently-needed supplies. Adam Savage visits the airfield where Wing conducts test flights to learn how these aircraft operate, how they’re tested, and what happens if a drone delivery doesn’t go according to plan.
