A Border Patrol agent was seen hugging a protester outside an ICE processing facility in Minneapolis, one day after an ICE agent fatally shot a woman in the city. The interaction took place as dozens of anti-ICE protesters confronted federal agents near the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building, where tensions ran high, protesters shouted at officers, and clashes led to at least two detentions.
