As Indonesia prepares to inaugurate a new president, Prabowo Subianto, a man accused of human rights abuses in the region, West Papua grapples with a humanitarian crisis. A spokesman for the Indonesian Foreign Ministry told The Pacific that Indonesia is cooperating with all relevant United Nations agencies and is providing them with up to date information about what is happening in West Papua.
