Tasmania’s inquiry into child sexual abuse finds children failed by state institutions | 7.30

After two and a half years, Tasmania's Commission of Inquiry into the government's responses to child sexual abuse delivered its final report.
The 3,000 pages detail the stories of hundreds of Tasmanians who, as children, were abused while in the care of the state, often by those they were meant to trust.
