RFK Jr. makes a single downballot endorsement — in a swing-state race
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. revealed in a video Monday what appears to be his only downballot endorsement this election: Wisconsin Republican Eric Hovde, who's challenging Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin.
Kennedy, who recently made headlines for declaring a Donald Trump administration would urge American water systems to remove fluoride from the water supply, said he chose Hovde because of the candidate’s struggle with multiple sclerosis.
In a YouTube video the Republican's campaign is promoting, the Kennedy scion said Hovde’s experience managing MS has “opened his mind to some of the failures of the medical cartel and the pharmaceutical paradigm” and the importance of giving people “other options.”
Kennedy closed the video saying he needs Hovde as an ally in the Senate whose presence is “so important to completing the MAHA agenda” — referring to his "Make America Healthy Again" motto.
