An aide behind him brandished posterboard listing 14 Republican lawmakers — including Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.).
"You spied on the speaker of the House and these other senators and so on, and informed no one, and in fact, put in a gag order so they couldn't discover it," said Issa.
