Certain lifestyle habits could be hurting both your mental health and your physical brain. The organ that we call the brain, and the nervous system is constantly changing its structure, pathways and connections, depending on how we take care of ourselves mentally and physically, in order to adapt to the world around us.
However certain bad habits that damage your brain include: spending too much time indoors (causing a Vitamin D deficiency), overusing social media (causing dopamine burnout), too much exposure to toxic people raising stress hormones, slouching forward (restricting blood flow), following a low fat diet and many others.
