Tanya Plibersek defends Albanese's $4.3m property purchase as federal EPA creation stalls | 7.30

With only three parliamentary sitting weeks left for the year – and an election due by May – the government doesn't have much time left in this term to pass legislation.
One reform still up in the air is the creation of a new environmental protection agency. Neither the Coalition nor the Greens are happy with the current proposal. It's just one part of broader changes promised by Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek to fix what she's called a broken set of laws. She spoke to David Speers.
