Gunman killed outside Israeli consulate in Istanbul

A gunman has been killed and two others "neutralised" after a shootout near the Israeli consulate in Istanbul.

Turkish officials say the attackers have been identified, and one has "ties to an organisation that exploits religion".
Two officers were injured in the incident and are in hospital.
