Mark here with Wolters World, and today we’re in Nancy, one of eastern France’s most beautiful and underrated cities. In this video, we’re sharing the do’s and don’ts of visiting Nancy so you can enjoy the city like a pro and avoid the common tourist mistakes.
Nancy is best known for the stunning Place Stanislas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful squares in all of Europe. But there’s so much more to this city than just the square. We’ll also talk about visiting the Palais des Ducs de Lorraine, wandering through Parc de la Pépinière, and appreciating Nancy’s incredible Art Nouveau architecture, especially around the Musée de l'École de Nancy.
We’ll also cover local food and drinks you should absolutely try while you’re here.
