An anti-ICE demonstrator dressed as Pikachu was detained during protest activity outside the Whipple Federal Building in St. Paul, Minnesota, on January 19. Video shows the costumed protester being dragged away, handcuffed, and placed into a police vehicle after allegedly blocking the road. The arrest comes days after another demonstrator wearing a fox mask was tackled to the ground at the same location, amid ongoing protests following the fatal shooting of Renee Good by an ICE agent.
