President Biden sat for his final TV interview as commander in chief Thursday during which he rejected the claim Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delayed a cease-fire deal with Hamas in an effort to help President-elect Donald Trump.
Biden, who rambled and meandered throughout much of the sitdown, appeared notably confident in his answer when MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell presented him with the cease-fire theory.
“No, I don’t think it was to help [sic] our campaign versus Trump,” the outgoing president said. “I don’t think that was his calculus.”
