Join us for the first Sign Language AI Competition on Kaggle #Shorts
In this video, Sam Sepah, a Deaf Google ML Research Program Manager, speaks to the camera using American Sign Language and a voice interpreter. He is seated in a video studio wearing a blue button down shirt and rimless glasses. While he speaks, visuals of babies, a family at a dinner table, and both children and adults using sign language are used to illustrate his points. There is also a short visual of the PopSign app, a teaching game where using correct sign language technique rewards the player with popping bubbles.
