New details are emerging after the release of newly-unsealed court documents in the case between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, including text messages between Lively and friend Taylor Swift and an email Lively sent to Ben Affleck in which she calls Baldoni a "chaotic clown director." It comes as Baldoni is seeking to get the sexual harassment lawsuit Blakely filed against him thrown out, while Lively's legal team is committed to going to trial.
