The number of people who were killed in a fire at a high-rise Hong Kong housing complex has risen to 151 and dozens are still missing.

The number of people arrested has reached 14 and the authorities said there may be arrests. Most of those were connected to companies carrying out renovation on The Wang Fook Court complex.
