Jury deliberations are set to begin Wednesday in the trial of the Hawaii doctor accused of trying to kill his wife during a hike. Prosecutors say Dr. Gerhardt Konig tried to push her off a cliff and inject her with a syringe before he beat her with a rock. Konig's lawyers argue that his brutal attack was an act of self defense after she pushed him. NBC’s Liz Kreutz reports for TODAY.
