This would work by taxing America’s ultra wealthy like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg on their unrealized capital gains. Wealthy investors and Republican nominee Donald Trump have vehemently rejected this kind of tax policy on America’s wealthiest people.
