Making a Bead Formed Aluminum Seat w/ a WIRE EDGE - MODEL A Roadster
On this episode of Make It Kustom, I am working on a 1931 Model A Roadster making a bead formed aluminum seat with a wire edge. Using a hand plasma cutter and 1/4' plate bead forming, .080" aluminum is working perfect for our needs for these seat sides. I also use 1/4 stainless for a wire edge on our seat side. This treatment really gives a finished look.
