Cbus is being prosecuted by ASIC and it's prompting wider scrutiny in the super industry | 7.30

Australia's super funds have assets of about $3.9 trillion. For an industry holding so much of our money, you would expect the highest standards of corporate governance.
Superannuation fund Cbus knew it had problems paying out beneficiaries on time but it took distraught family members complaining and speaking out publicly to force the fund to respond.
Now Cbus is being prosecuted by ASIC and the flaws in the industry more widely are under scrutiny. Sarah Ferguson speaks to Adele Ferguson.
