Two Manchester Arena bombing survivors have won forty-five thousands pounds in damages after winning a harassment claim against a former TV producer.
Martin Hibbert was left with a spinal cord injury and his daughter Eve with severe brain damage from the bombing at an Ariana Grande concert in 2017.
Richard Hall made multiple videos and a book claiming that the attack was an 'elaborate hoax' by the British government.
