'The Little Mermaid' voice actress Jodi Benson chatted with ET in 1989 about bringing Ariel to life in Disney's iconic animated musical. The Broadway star shared her excitement for voicing the first redheaded princess in Disney history at the time. Jodi also recalled the first time she heard her voice on the big screen, as she’s credited with kicking off Disney's '90s run of cartoon classics.
