Black Friday deals were at their cheapest at other times of the year, a study by Which? found.

It compared prices on 175 home, technology and health appliances from eight major retailers for six months either side of Black Friday last year.
It found that 83% were cheaper or the same at other times of the year.
It comes as Barclays says UK shoppers are predicted to spend more than £10.2 billion in the sales
In response to Which?'s findings John Lewis, Very, Amazon, Boots and AO said it shows that they also offer deals all year round, while Argos says the analysis was 'inaccurate'. Currys said this year's Black Friday event promises its "Lowest Ever Price". Richer Sounds said Black Friday 'remains the best time' for a bargain.
