Three people were arrested in connection with a protest at Cities Church in St. Paul on January 18, according to the Department of Homeland Security and Attorney General Pam Bondi. Those arrested were Nekima Levy Armstrong, Chauntyll Louisa Allen, and William Kelly. Officials said Armstrong helped organize the protest, while Kelly faces a charge of conspiracy to deprive rights.
