“The only garbage I see floating out there is [Trump’s] supporters,” said Joe, trying to hit Trump over insult comic Tony Hinchcliffe’s moronic remarks about Puerto Rico during the MSG rally.
It’s Hillary’s “basket of deplorables” all over again — and it may be the most consequential gaffe in a career filled with them for Biden.
