Just Happened! Elon Musk Announces Tesla Recall All Cybertruck For BIG Mistake! What Really Happened. On the eve of the Robotaxi launch, Elon Musk announced a recall of 27,000 Tesla Cybertrucks due to an issue that we believe is quite serious. Yeah! This isn’t the first time the Tesla pickup truck has encountered a problem, but the number of Cybertrucks being recalled is nearly the entire production so far. This raises the question for us: 'What has really happened with the Cybertruck?' Will a wave of customers turn their backs after this issue? Welcome To Tesla Car World
Just Happened! Elon Musk Announces Tesla Recall All Cybertruck For BIG Mistake! What Really Happened. Before talking about the recall, we all know that the Cybertruck has been one of Tesla’s most controversial products since it was introduced in late 2019. It doesn’t look like anything we’ve ever seen before—in fact, it’s quite bizarre. Its design makes most people dislike it because it strays too far from the traditional pickup truck style. As an electric truck, it also appears heavy and sluggish due to the stainless steel panels covering the entire vehicle. What makes people dislike the Cybertruck even more is the price, which has increased by more than 50% compared to Tesla’s original suggested price, and its performance, which is somewhat underwhelming.
Just Happened! Elon Musk Announces Tesla Recall All Cybertruck For BIG Mistake! What Really Happened. However, despite the disappointment, we haven’t seen any customers complain about their driving experience with the Cybertruck. In fact, many have given quite high praise to its steer-by-wire system. Yet, shortly after receiving positive reviews, the Cybertruck encountered another issue that led Tesla to recall a total of 27,185 vehicles. This means nearly all Cybertrucks produced between November 13, 2023, and September 14, 2024, are on the recall list.
According to the NHTSA’s safety recall report, the Tesla Cybertrucks affected by this recall have an issue where the rearview camera goes black for up to 6-8 seconds when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. This issue can impair the driver's rear visibility and increase the risk of a collision, which is quite dangerous, right?
