Putin 'morally responsible' for Dawn Sturgess' Novichok death
The public inquiry into the death of a woman who was poisoned by Novichok, has found that the attempted murder of former spy Sergei Skripal months earlier couldn't have been done without the Russian President's knowledge.

Dawn Sturgess died in 2018, after she was given a discarded perfume bottle containing the Russian nerve agent which almost killed Mr Skripal and his daughter.
The report describes the use of Novichok as an "astonishingly reckless act" given that it had "the potential to kill many thousands of people".
