Jax Taylor's powerhouse attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells ET, 'Regarding Brittany's statement that she owns the house and Jax doesn’t, I don’t know what universe she is in, but that house is a community house that they both have equal interest in. If she is curious why she’s been paying payments for the last year, it’s because she has been the only one occupying the house for the last year. Additionally, she is not paying any of Jax’s tax liability.'
