Arkansas police released footage of a harrowing high speed chase with a car going more than 100 mph with four small children aboard, which flipped off the road and flung a 4-month old out of the vehicle near electrical wires. Harrowing video of the May 24 chase captured the moment police attempted to stop, Tyrice Fletcher, 28, for a traffic violation in Camden, only for the driver to speed off. Arkansas State Police contend that they did not know children were in the car when the chase progressed on Ouachita Country Road 47, with the pursuit ending only after Fletcher lost control and swerved off the road, hitting a light pole and flipping over.
